Cocktail syrups

More About Cocktail syrups

Earl Giles cocktail syrups are crafted by bartenders who understand that balance is the key to great tasting cocktails.

Our current range  of six cocktail syrups includes Ceylon Cinnamon, Ginger Piloncillo, Bittered Old Fashioned, Bittered Palm and Bittered Pineapple. Each developed in our Drinks Apothecary using real ingredients and natural extracts. From warm, toasty look no further than the cinnamon or ginger blend, perfect for bourbon cocktails and hot toddies, to rich unrefined cane syrups with deep molasses and caramel notes, to classic tonic syrups that let you build your own G&T from scratch. There’s a syrup for every drink and every occasion.

All of our syrups are made with real ingredients and no artificial flavors. Unopened, they’ll keep for 12 months. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 6 months for the best flavor.

Cocktail syrups, elixirs and mixers

Your questions about our cocktail syrups, elixirs and mixers answered, from shelf life and storage to how to use them behind the bar. If you can't find your answer below, get in touch and we'll help you out.

Unopened, 12 months. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 6 months for best quality.
Our syrups are single-flavor concentrated sweeteners for cocktails. Our elixirs (or mixers) are craft sour mixes that combine the acid and syrup requirements of a cocktail into one pour. Just add your spirit and serve.
A bittered syrup combines sweetness and bitters in a single pour, doing two jobs at once. Our Bittered Old Fashioned syrup, for example, replaces both the sugar cube and the bitters in a classic Old Fashioned.
Unopened bottles can be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated for the best flavor and longest shelf life.
