Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we can’t make changes, but we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Our shop digital gift cards are available in a range of amounts and are delivered by email. Redeemable on earlgiles.com products only.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the horizon.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Get in touch with us right away and we’ll make it right. Include a photo of the damage and your order number so we can take care of it quickly.
