Overview

This policy covers shipping for orders placed on earlgiles.com. Wholesale partners placing orders via wholesale.earlgiles.com should refer to their account terms or contact their account manager.

What we ship

Non-alcoholic products

We ship syrups, cocktail mixers, elixirs, sodas, citrates, garnishes, and other non-alcoholic products across the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Hemp-derived THC beverages

Our hemp-derived THC beverages are compliant with the federal Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018. We ship these products to states where the sale and possession of hemp-derived THC beverages is permitted. Due to evolving state laws, availability may change. At checkout, you will be notified if we are unable to ship THC products to your state.

States where we currently do not ship THC products: AR, CA, ID, HI, MT, HD, NY, RI, TN, UT, WY

Alcohol and spirits

Earl Giles spirits and alcoholic beverages are not available for direct purchase through earlgiles.com. To find our spirits near you, visit our vendor locator at earlgiles.com/find-a-stockist. For wholesale inquiries, visit wholesale.earlgiles.com.

Processing times

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before [4:00 PM] CST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard shipping: [5] to [10] business days

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly with the carrier.

Carriers

We primarily ship using UPS. The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

THC products are subject to additional state-level restrictions as described above. We are unable to ship any products to addresses where the sale or possession of those products is prohibited by law.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at info@earlgiles.com within [X] days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

If your package appears lost, please contact us at info@earlgiles.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution within [10] business days.

Delays

In the event your order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will notify you by email and provide an updated estimated dispatch date. You will have the option to wait for your order or cancel for a full refund.
