Return window
We accept returns of eligible items within [30] days of the delivery date.
Eligible items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us at info@earlgiles.com within [5] days of delivery with:

How to start a return
To initiate a return:

Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining your tracking number.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within [14] business days.
Please do not send returns to our facility without prior authorization.
Return shipping costs
Unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [5] business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
