Inside our 25,000 sq ft drinks emporium

Our main floor wraps around a 60-foot bar crafted from a single Monkey Pod tree, surrounded by over 600 plants, a glowing copper Vendome pot still and a wood-fired pizza oven in full view. It's industrial but inviting. Bright, open and designed to feel like somewhere you want to stay for a while.

Take a seat at the bar and watch your cocktails come together. Every ingredient, from the spirits and liqueurs to the syrups and elixirs, is made right here in our facility. Grab a booth with friends. Pull up a stool by the kitchen and watch chef Matt and his team work the oven. There's no wrong way to do it.

Whether you're in for a quick drink after work, a long Saturday brunch with family or a birthday dinner with 20 of your closest friends, the space works for you.

Scratch-Made and Wood-fired

Our scratch kitchen is led by Executive Chef Matt Reisenger, who brings East Coast roots and Midwest heart to every plate. The menu leans into wood-fired pizzas, shareable plates and dishes built around quality ingredients and big flavors.

Brunch runs Friday to Sunday and is worth setting an alarm for. The evening menu is designed for grazing, sharing and pairing with cocktails. Seasonal specials rotate regularly, so there's always a reason to come back and try something new.

Our Drinks

This is where it all started. Our cocktail menu is built around the syrups, elixirs and spirits we develop and produce in-house at the Drinks Apothecary, our flavor laboratory with over 600 globally sourced extracts.

Every drink on the menu is designed by a team of career beverage makers. Classics done right. Originals you won't find anywhere else. Non-alcoholic options that are just as thoughtfully made. And if you find something you love, you can take the ingredients home from our shop.

Planning something? We love a good gathering. Our main floor accommodates groups of all sizes, and for larger parties or more private settings, we have the Mezzanine, board room and the Drinks Apothecary. We also offer full buy-out of the premises as an option. 

Birthdays, anniversaries, work dinners, bachelorette parties, weddings or just an excuse to get everyone in one place. We can help with set menus, drinks packages and anything else you need to make it easy. For parties of 8 or more, we apply a 20% auto-gratuity and a no-split-check policy.

Loved something from the bar? Our cocktail syrups, elixirs, spirits, liqueurs, ready-to-drinks, garnishes and THC beverages are all available to buy online. Everything we serve, you can take home and make yourself. That's kind of the point.
