Earl Giles is more than a restaurant. It's a working distillery, a flavor laboratory, an event space and a place where memorable things happen. From an intimate dinner for 16 in the Drinks Apothecary to a wedding reception for 300 on the main floor, we've built a space that flexes to fit your occasion.
Our team has decades of hospitality experience. We'll handle the drinks, the food, the space and the details. Your only job is to have a good time.
