Our ginger syrup is an exotic balance between spicy and sweet. Using the whole Thai ginger root, we cold-press fresh juice, add pure cane sugar and water, then macerate the spent ginger pulp into the mixture. Use it to liven up iced tea, or add it to soda water and create your own delicious ginger ale. Perfect for braising pork shoulder, or more traditionally in a Moscow Mule.
