Our 25,000 sq ft facility in Northeast Minneapolis offers the perfect blend of elevated hospitality and flexibility for gatherings of all sizes. Two full-service kitchens, a 60-foot main bar, handcrafted cocktails and a team that lives and breathes hospitality.

The main floor seats over 300 guests across a stunning industrial space with a 60-foot Monkey Pod bar, wood-fired pizza oven, open kitchen and over 600 plants. It's the kind of venue that makes an impression the moment you walk in. Perfect for weddings, receptions, large corporate events and celebrations that need room to breathe.

Elevated above the production floor, the Mezzanine is its own world. A private bar, 85" TV, custom poker table and views down onto the distillery. Capacity: up to 60 guests. Ideal for birthday parties, corporate outings, team socials, poker nights and any event that benefits from a private space with its own bar.

Surrounded by over 600 globally sourced extracts, the Drinks Apothecary is unlike any event space in the city. Capacity: up to 18 guests. This intimate room is where our flavor developers create every product in the Earl Giles range, and it doubles as the setting for our immersive Apothecary dinners and private experiences. Perfect for intimate dinners, team experiences, product launches and hands-on cocktail creation.

Behind the Mezzanine bar, the Boardroom offers a more private setting with natural light from skylights, tables and chairs, and an 85" television for presentations or screenings. Capacity: up to 22 guests. Ideal for corporate meetings, strategy sessions, team workshops and any event that needs AV capabilities in a more contained space.
